The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 22nd November in the Technology Hangar, RAAF Museum, Williams Road, RAAF Point Cook.
This AGM is being held face-to-face and is not being broadcast online. Please come along and meet up with your committee and our other members of the Friends.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided beforehand. We encourage as many members to join us on the day not only for the formal sessions but as well as the chance to look over the 100 Squadron hangars then a bit of social engagement over lunch and the opportunity to look over the Friends Gift Shop (10% discount for member purchases) before heading to the AGM.
The order of proceedings for the day are as follows:
11.15am 100 Squadron Hangar Tour
12.30pm Lunch
1.30pm - 2.45pm AGM
When registering for the 2025 AGM you can register as well for the 2025 Merz Lecture by simply clicking the radio button to 'YES' whilst registering, removing the requirement to complete a registration form for each event.

If you cannot attend the AGM, we kindly request that you submit an online proxy to ensure your vote is counted.
Note: Normal base entry requirements require during registration for this event to collect the names of all visitors as well as the registration of the vehicle and a contact phone number.
On arrival at the gate on the day of the event, photo Id will need to be produced and verified for each visitor, then individual visitor passes will issued.
